We are proud to have the AHL Reference Sites Collaborative Network (RSCN) as a key partner in the COMFORTage project, which brings together stakeholders to enhance personalised dementia and frailty care solutions across Europe.

Who is RSCN?

Reference Sites Collaborative Network is a collaborative network dedicated to promoting the exchange of knowledge and fostering innovation in active and healthy aging. It connects public authorities, healthcare providers, researchers, and other stakeholders. By sharing best practices and promoting collaboration, RSCN supports European priorities for aging populations.

RSCN’s Role in COMFORTage

RSCN plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the COMFORTage Community Forum (CCF). Its contributions span five core areas:

  1. Managing Quality, Risk, and Innovation
    RSCN oversees quality assurance and develops strategies to address potential risks. This proactive approach ensures the project stays on track and maximizes innovative outcomes.
  2. Designing People-Centered Systems
    RSCN applies its expertise to create user-centered design principles and co-creation workshops. These efforts introduce the project’s Blueprint Personas, aligning user needs with the project’s innovations.
  3. Enhancing Dissemination and Communication
    RSCN drives a robust dissemination strategy, raising awareness of the project’s goals and achievements. By engaging diverse stakeholders, it ensures the project’s outputs reach the right audiences effectively.
  4. COMFORTage Community Forum (CCF)
    As the leader of the CCF, RSCN facilitates collaboration and knowledge exchange among stakeholders. It is establishing a Knowledge Transfer Twinning mechanism to share proven solutions across regions and beyond.
  5. Exploitation and Value Analysis
    RSCN ensures that COMFORTage’s innovations remain sustainable. It also validates the project’s value propositions, helping to secure their long-term impact.

Impact of RSCN’s Contributions

Reference Sites Collaborative Network connects COMFORTage insights to its extensive network of 66 AHA Reference Site regions in Europe. Through strategic dissemination, it promotes the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.

These contributions help healthcare systems become more resilient, address the needs of aging populations, and prepare for future challenges.
