Second Joint Action Towards the European Health Data Space 

COMFORTage and TEHDAS2 are two EU-funded initiatives that, while addressing different aspects of health innovation, share a common goal: enhancing the use and interoperability of health data across Europe. COMFORTage focuses on personalised care for dementia and frailty through the integration of holistic health records, medical innovation, and AI. TEHDAS2, meanwhile, supports the development of a European Health Data Space by creating technical and governance frameworks for secure, ethical data sharing. This synergy enables COMFORTage to align its person-centred solutions with the broader infrastructure and standards promoted by TEHDAS, paving the way for more connected, data-driven healthcare systems across Europe.
