As part of our commitment to promote healthy ageing and person-centred care, COMFORTage establishes a strategic synergy with the STAGE project. Both projects share a common vision aimed at transforming health and care systems to respond effectively to the challenges associated with frailty, multimorbidity and the ageing of the European population. This collaboration takes the form of joint actions, where COMFORTage and STAGE join forces to exchange knowledge, experience and complementary approaches.
