Joint action addressing Dementia and Health – JADE Health Joint Action (JA)

COMFORTage and JADE Health are two EU-funded initiatives that, while focusing on different aspects of dementia care, share a common goal: improving the lives of individuals living with dementia and other neurological disorders. COMFORTage aims to develop integrated, person-centred solutions for the prevention, monitoring, and management of dementia and frailty, leveraging innovations in medical care, artificial intelligence, and digital health tools. In contrast, JADE Health focuses on enhancing health literacy, early detection, and the development of new care models through 44 pilot projects across 17 European countries. Despite their distinct approaches, both projects are aligned in their commitment to reducing the burden of dementia and improving care pathways for individuals affected by these conditions.
