📢The COMFORTage Call for Twinnings is now officially open!
We are pleased to announce the official launch of the COMFORTage Call for Twinnings, an opportunity for organisations across Europe to collaborate in the transfer, adaptation and adoption of innovative Good Practices that support healthy and active ageing.
The COMFORTage Twinning Programme has been designed to foster meaningful knowledge exchange between organisations with proven experience and those wishing to implement innovative approaches in their own local contexts. Through collaboration, mentoring and shared learning, we aim to accelerate the uptake of effective solutions while strengthening a growing European ecosystem committed to improving the lives of older adults.
This call is the result of months of collaborative work involving the COMFORTage consortium, thematic webinars, the Twinnings Symposium and contributions from experts and stakeholders across Europe.
