COMFORTage and X-SHARE are two European projects dedicated to advancing digital health innovation and empowering individuals. While COMFORTage develops AI-driven solutions to support healthy ageing, X-SHARE focuses on transforming health data sharing across Europe by enabling secure, seamless exchange of medical records through the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF). Our synergy lies in combining AI-enabled personalised care with secure data interoperability, fostering integrated, user-centred health ecosystems that improve outcomes and empower citizens across Europe.
