COMFORTage and LAUREL are two European initiatives dedicated to enhancing integrated, person-centred long-term care (I-LTC) across Europe. COMFORTage focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to support healthy ageing, while LAUREL aims to identify and promote innovative I-LTC practices through research and policy development . Our collaboration strengthens efforts to create equitable, community-based care models by combining digital tools, policy insights, and stakeholder engagement. Together, they aim to foster sustainable, inclusive care ecosystems that improve quality of life across Europe.
