Community-driven Healthcare Access and Mental Health Promotion for Inclusive, Equitable, and Resilient European Societies

COMFORTage and EQUICARES are two European initiatives converging to advance inclusive, person-centred care through digital innovation and community empowerment. COMFORTage develops AI-driven solutions to support healthy ageing, while EQUICARES enhances access to mental health and care services for vulnerable groups via research, co‑creation and policy tools. Our synergy lies in jointly leveraging digital tools—AI assistants, evaluation frameworks, policy dashboards—and community labs to co-design and replicate equitable care models across Europe, reinforcing shared goals of equity, innovation and sustainable, user-driven health ecosystems.
