Project management structure
The Project Management structure has been defined to support decision-making and innovation, ensuring that the project can respond to changes in markets, technologies, and strategic objectives of stakeholders.
The selected organizational structure is deliberately simple, enabling the implementation of the work with minimal and precise management.
Key roles in the project have UPRC as overall Project Coordinator, MAG as Technical Manager, CEL as the Ethics Manager, STR as the Scientific Manager, CERTH as the Security Manager, INTRAS as the Dissemination Manager, EHTEL as the Innovation and Exploitation Manager, and FPG as Use Case / Pilot Manager. The below roles and managerial teams constitute the Management Support Team (MST) of the project.
Ethics Board
The EB must be consulted at least before the start of the pilot studies and a respective report by its members must be submitted at the end of each reporting period.
It will include three (3) relevant independent expertise to monitor the ethics issues in this project and how they are handled.
External Advisory Board
The EEAB assist and facilitate the decisions made by the Steering Committee, as well as to assess the innovation and exploitation approaches of the project. Under this scope, the results of the Market Analysis will also be communicated to the EEAB for expert insights and recommendations. The latter will maximize end-user and market influence on project developments at all levels.
Three advisory members from external organizations should be appointed in this Board of the project and their expertise should range in research, healthcare, and business landscapes in order to provide a holistic view and guidance in the overall implementations and innovations of the project.
